Children's War Stories

This book contains two stories of how war had changed everyday lives of young children. The first one "The Adventures of Ovid and Wally" is of the journey of two young brothers during slavery and the Civil War in the United States. While the other "The Golden Key" is about two young children, Kayla and Sean separated from their parents during World War II in Ireland. Both stories tell of how these young children made an adventure out of prejudice, heart ache and separation from their loved ones.
