Chika's Mysterious Phone

An eleven-year-old girl has an Alice in Wonderland-like adventure inside her mobile phone. That adventure leads her across the boundary between the worlds of science and technology and metaphysics and imagination. Written as a prose poem, the story touches on complex interrelated themes of spirituality, information technology, relationships, and truth. A companion exercise booklet of questions and answers is provided for the benefit of teachers using the Chika's Mysterious Phone book for classroom activities. A stageplay book suitable for middle-school aged children (i.e. about 10-13 years of age) is also available.
