For nearly 50 years Colin Regan has tended bar at the Wyoming, an Atlantic City dive bar.
By choice, he's never traveled further than 60 miles from south New Jersey. Those 60 miles are the extent of his world. Colin's never accomplished anything more than getting from one day to the next.
