What's that you say? GOOD LORD... not another cook book? My intention in compiling Chef Tomaso's Roto Menus is to fill in a missing gap in culinary literature. With the junk food fads of our era and continually rising food prices, there is a crying need for a sensible guideline. Chef Tomaso's Roto Menus covers hundreds of recipes, arraigned in four non-repeating, one month groups, one at a time, in menu format. It rotates red meats, seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes. To balance out all that healthiness, included are thirty sinfully delicious desserts. For those of us who must carefully watch our groaning waistlines, there is a section on low carbohydrate cooking, including meals and desserts. These menus, and their accompanying recipes, have been time tested for taste, economy and healthy variety.
