Chasing After Illumia

Making it to Illumia and becoming Mouthpiece for the Mythic species should have been the end of Astrea's troubles. But Illumia brings a new set of troubles-troubles she's not prepared for.

Astrea inherits a sprite whose sole purpose seems to be to annoy her, beg for food, and tie her hair into knots. Gander's attention swings hot and cold, despite his assurance that he's doing what's best for her. And now the woman she was warned about is made her mentor.

Worse yet, her powers won't do what they're supposed to, leaving her unable to do the one thing she absolutely cannot fail at: her duties.

The mystery surrounding the former Mouthpiece's disappearance lingers, beckoning to be solved. Not that she has time for that. Astrea has a job to learn, Illumians to appease, and an Oath to keep.

All she has to do to accomplish her goals is get her powers to work, win her mentor over, and try not to tear herself apart from the inside out trying...
