Charlotte's Big Ooey Gooey Sloppy Mud Puddle

Charlotte wishes for Yellow Rain Boots and mud puddles for her birthday. She gets the rain boots, but the sun is shining so no mud puddles are to be found. She goes on an adventure searching for mud puddles and discovers wonderful and interesting things right in her own backyard. She eventually finds her big sloppy mud puddle and learns that sometimes you have to wait for what you wish for.
