Despite preventive measures, tuberculosis remains a public health problem, responsible for a high morbidity and mortality. The diagnosis of extra pulmonary localizations, especially abdominal in children, remains complex due to misleading and non-specific clinical and paraclinical features. This leads to delays in diagnosis and treatment and a progression towards complicated forms that can affect the functional or vital prognosis.
