This work questions the meaning of the Orphic myth in the poetry of six European authors from the early twentieth century (Valery, Rilke, Trakl, Apollinaire, Campana and Goll), and what sense Orphic poetry has in modernity. In addition to that, it analyzes Orphism in its musical and pictorial dimensions.
