This is a handbook to help you lose weight and understand FOOD and TRAINING. It will not address workout routines those will be illustrated in a separate book. Training is NOT my priority in this book it is understanding how important the right food is to weight loss.
Once food is understood no one can trick the consumer into purchasing expensive supplements with fancy names. The book encourages purchasing the correct supplements for dietary needs.
The book's blueprint is food, vitamin and mineral supplements and THEN workouts. The goal is to master the diet and watch everything else fall into place.
The handbook contains a sample meal plan that can be used as a go-by. It is short and to the point and it works to help the reader meet his/her goals of losing weight.
