Chakra's What are they?

I kept hearing about Chakra's , and balancing your chakra's or lining up your chakra's.

I was Intrigued. What are they? what do they do? Is there something to all the attention they are getting? So, I did they research, I read the books& watched the videos, The more I learned the more I wan\ted to know. So I took 2 master classes. I even reached out to a few gurus and other knowledgeable people on the subject and spoke to them personally. This book is my take on the subject of Chakra's, what are they what do they do, How you can work with them to better yourself, your health and your overall well being. It seemed like the natural place to go after writing the book about energy. I have included some easy short practices you can do right now to start working with yours.
