Born into extreme poverty, Ripsaw had no idea that he was a Chosen, or that his gene was rated at the Supreme level. There were three major turning points in his life that led to him becoming a villain in the eyes of the world. Like the rest of the Capes in his graduating class, he always thought he was one of the good guys.
