Ceol an tSraidbhaile Ros Eó is a collection of locally written Traditional Irish tunes, songs and poems specific to Rush, Co. Dublin including a download link from the ITMA where you can listen to live recordings by the composers themselves accompanied by their families and friends. This project was undertaken by Rinceoil Fingal, a Traditional Irish Music Organisation based in Rush, who feel it is important to preserve local culture and heritage before it is lost forever to the passage of time. Inside this book you will discover a cornucopia of Jigs, Reels, Hornpipes, songs and recitations from a wide and varied mix of local musicians and singers ranging in age from 10 years upwards to those who have passed on but left a music legacy that deserves to be recorded and archived.
