Catholic Missionary Heroes - Volume 2

This book is a collection of brief biographies of men and women who have served Catholic missionary efforts in exceptional ways throughout the centuries. Though there are noble missionary heroes in Protestant and Orthodox Christianity, this series focuses exclusively on Catholic heroes.

Its purpose is simply to introduce readers to these great ones, and to whet their appetites for more study. It is not meant to be a scholarly investigation. It is hoped that these short biographical sketches will pique the interest of readers, and that they will be tempted to learn more.
