ASEM authorized the publication of this book for further evaluation for inclusion in the set of ASEM publications. The author received permission to write the project from Dr. Paul Kauffman in 2018 now retired. The book was done at no cost to ASEM on a volunteer basis. There was no payment to the author for his services from ASEM. The author is a member of ASEM and holds the CPEM. He also teaches certifications and college courses in Computer Sciences and MIS.
