Frank McCrae's sister and parents have been murdered. He's determined to prove an aggressive land developer guilty of the crimes. Once a True Crime writer, Crissa Carpenter heads to the beach for a week of relaxation. That is, until she meets McCrae and they begin a sizzling romance. She uses her skills to help him collect evidence in the murder of his family. In the middle of a hurricane, as they draw closer to the truth and each other, Crissa goes missing.
