Carolina Shot Caller Murder is all that is on the mind of Big Mo when his sister, Karen starts getting threating messages from Nick. Nick has just been released from a prison in Virginia when he learns that his twin brother Rick has died. Nick decides to go after every woman that his brother had dated convinced that one of them had something to do with Rick's death. The only problem was Nick was not expecting any retaliation from anyone especially from Big Mo.
