David Magen takes on the case of an underage prostitute who is embroiled in a complicated plot to compel the sale of a profitable drug selling bar. Involved in the plot is a police cover up, questionable ethics of a law firm and a violent drug gang. With Magen's legal ability and Carmen's street smarts, they manage to weave through many obstacles.
