Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) represent a new alternative to access Growth Capital for European high potential companies. The current equity environment forces European Champions to seek financing in the US. Europe could be the home of the next generation of global market leaders in key industries of tomorrow. It has leading scientists and entrepreneurs developing state of the art solutions. Growth Capital in significant proportions, however, is only available in the US.
