Boomer takes us through the decades of the fifties and sixties during the cold war: living in California. He 'loves by remembrance', all those who were important in his growing-up days. His elders endured the great depression, WWII, and the Korean War. As the parents of the boomers, they dared to dream and build a society that was to become the envy of all-the-world These elders planned this journey with ambitious imagination, and socially engineered a generation of patriots. Boomers golden days of surfing and playing in a band ended when he was drafted and sent to Vietnam
