»>Exceptions Are to Be Interpreted Strictly<«The study deals with the question of whether exception provisions in European law must be interpreted strictly. The formula of the restrictive interpretation of exceptions is not to be underestimated in its importance because various consequences are linked to it. As a result of the study, it is argued that in the context of European methodology, a new version should be used to express the idea that »exceptions are to be interpreted strictly«.
