It's a hot, hot day, and the air conditioner is broken at Buzz's house. Dr. Beaker, who is trying to fix the air conditioner, is so hot that he can't think straight. But Buzz comes to the rescue. His latest invention, cool caps, will have cool off everyone in town in no time.
