Billy Brians just wants to be done with his parents making move after move. As if learning in a new school isnt enough, Billy seems to attract the attention of bullies in every school hes in. After entering Carol High School as a freshman, Billy endures a painful encounter with Freddy Cougar Brown, a bully with a bad reputation.
