This new volume of the Bulletin de liaison de la ceramique egyptienne 24 (BCE) is a tribute to Helen JACQUET-GORDON, accomplished researcher and zealous editor of BCE between 1977 and 2004, who passed away in April 2013. BCE presents the latest Ceramics Researchs from Old Kingdom to Islamic Period, following a " Regional order " which includes 12 archaeological sites in the regions of the Mediterranean Coastline, Delta, Memphis area, Theban region, Upper Egypt, oasis of el- Hayz and Dakhla, and North Sinai . The BCE 24 innovates by offering a second part entitled " Inventory of pottery production sites in Egypt and Lower Nubia from Predynastic to Modern periods ." It consists of four contributions, the first is an archaeological inventory of pottery workshops published for the whole Egyptian territory, from Predynastic Period (Naqada II) to Modern Period (18th century). He goes along with tables and maps specially designed to illustrate and summarize the archaeological, bibliographic and historical data. Other contributions provide the first results of the excavations of pottery workshops dating from the New Kingdom to Roman Times from sites in the Mareotid area, Delta and Upper Egypt.
