Building An Empowering Mind transpired due to a life of mis-education, misguided conditioning, and many contradictions that have, for years, kept me imbalance and dis-empowered. I wrote this book because I realized that I am not alone. And I wanted to publicly offer my journey of recovery by way of my journal, penned over 3 years, that has actually helped me on a more constructive and purposeful path . What make this book distinguish from other books is the fact that it's not only spiritual, motivational and inspirational, but it also contains my personal journal, experiences, experiments as well as an instructional workbook in one package.
