Brooklyn Sanchez, a high school senior, is looking forward to the next chapter in her life- college. With a great boyfriend, amazing friends, and a supportive family, her final year of high school should be relatively easy...or so she thinks. Brooklyn quickly learns that sometimes you have to close one chapter before you can start anew. When her path becomes intertwined with that of Jennings Anderson, a former flame and childhood best friend, everything Brooklyn thought she knew she wanted comes into question. Emotions run high and decisions become increasingly difficult as she realizes that growing up is more than choosing what time you'll be home after a party; it's about making choices and living with the consequences, good or bad.
