An illustrated account of the rockets of William Congreve, Boxer and Hale that were taken into British service between 1805 to 190. Explaining the design and development of rockets from Congreve's primitive side stick rockets to centre stick rocket, and finally the rotating Hale rocket, this will appeal to re-enactors, wargamers and model makers.
