Martin works to ensure that a coaching approach is properly and increasingly used in schools and colleges. He trains administrators, teachers and students in the fundamentals of coaching. Martin is an experienced educator and facilitator, with more than twenty years of designing and running successful training and development programs for individuals and organisations.
