Everything in her mind slowed, her eyes closed as the sound of the gun echoed in her ears. Her attention went to the auditorium where Greg and several security people were rushing Amber, Ryan's ex-fiancé, pushing her to the floor, a gun flying from her hands. She turned to a raucous behind her on stage. To her horror, her husband, Ryan, grabbed his abdomen with a look of confusion and shock as he fell to the stage floor.
