The drama takes place in the near future: the discovery of cold fusion for energy production has fundamentally changed the country. The apocalyptic climate change menace has been replaced by the ideologically similar New Feminism, which is successfully established with the massive commitment of its champions and the effects of a newly discovered feminizing drug, HL2. However, due to its own shortcomings and initially unknown factors, the totalitarian power of the 'Great Feminist Transformation (GFT)' begins to falter after many years of rule.
