In a hood like Homicide Hartford everybody wants to be the boss. The Black Al Capone leader of a vicious street crew from the Ave called The Flamboyant Gangsters has his hood on smash. One altercation in the club leads to an all out war with the Holly Wood crew. The fight quickly leads to bullets and gun smoke. Which crew will be victorious in this all out war?
