This novella is a sobering, psychological recapitulation of lives intertwined. It's a tale of finding ones's roots and maybe genealogy. It's a story of getting connected with the self we know, and ultimately the true self of others. It addresses the personal, social, and political drama left over from the twentieth century. We again look back to move forward, and now find love, purpose, and meaning in all the right places.
