Recommended by her attorney, the Harris architectural firm is contacted. Using her charms, Greta speeds blue print time by seducing the illustrious father of the firm before his illustrious son, Adam. Her grand new home dreams begin to unfold when she receives her Harris blueprints and selects her construction company, D-25 Builders.
