Bonded Mates

An old vendetta that has spanned 400 years and seems to be repeating history all over again now has new players, Lucy and Blair. The succubus and the not-so-innocent human who is actually an immortal. When Lucy's mothers', the immortal queen and her consort find out that she has recklessly been bonded to a succubus, hell is about to break loose. The queen seeks vengeance against those that have mistreated her beloved daughter and most of all she is out for the succubus' blood. Blair seems to be in trouble. The fae council send various members of their elite to seek out the succubus and end her once and for all but things change when the immortal queen gets involved. She will do away with anyone that gets in her way. Lucy will stop at nothing to protect the woman she loves even if that means going up against her own mother. The young immortal is defiant until the end and it is only when her mother finally relents do they find peace. The love they share has come at a price but was the sacrifice of those who opposed it worthwhile or was it just plain stupidity to challenge an immortal bond in the first place?
