Bold is curious. He is the sort of kid who always asks how things work and why things do what they do. He is interested in everything around him. He likes collecting junk and fixing things up. That is why he brought an old stove back home one day - maybe he would get around to rebuilding it one day or maybe he would just tinker around with it for a while. Strangely, however, it was around this time that some very weird, wonderful and unbelievable things started happening to him. Were all these things and events connected somehow to him finding the stove? Would curious Bold ever find out what was really going on? Set in modern day urban Mongolia, Bold and the Magic stove crosses the bridge between reality and fantasy, tradition and modernity all in a way only a 10 year boy could.
