Blood Night

Humans are selling their blood to vampires to keep from being hunted. Vampires are adding a dash of it to their pumpkin spice lattes for a kick of flavor. The truce between humans and vampires has left both sides fat, stupid, and overpopulated. Marcus Cross, a vampire of over a thousand years, can no longer suffer what the vampire race has become and hatches a secret plan to renew the strength of its golden age. It backfires, killing most of the human population on St. Regina Island. Some of what lingers is monstrous and rabid. The remaining humans and vampires must keep from killing each other if they are to defeat Lillith, the first vampire of legend, and prevent the world from ending in a vampire apocalypse.
