Winscombe is facing a dark future, the Mayor and her friends have a fiendish scheme to make the city their own, but some familiar figures are going to fight back. We see the return of Wuffles the Hell Hound, The Special Faerie Service and King Bobney himself as they join forces to save Winscombe from yet another corrupt Mayor.
