In Bill, the Bluetick Hound, Bill is a pup who has to learn, as we often do, that it is much easier to break a rule than it is to keep one. Bill has a scary encounter that forces him to reconsider his mother's advice and "re-arrange" his priorities. Bill and his adventures mirror our own experiences in life.
