Bible Stories Under Siege

Some people in need of spiritual direction to function in this world should be aware of what the preachers must hide from public knowledge to protect their vocation. Most established laws of God are from primitive cultures and no longer enforceable, like Jesus approving the stoning to death of a woman caught in adultery without caring to know if she became pregnant in the process and was carrying a baby in her womb, Jesus exempted the man, despite that the Law of God requires the man to be stoned together with her. In this case Jesus took an exception, setting an example that not all laws of God are enforceable as written; thus, allowing the clergy to operate in countless brands of faith at their discretion in the world today, each claiming to be the truest one imposing their views on everyone else as Jesus advised, as shrewdly as snakes but as innocents as doves.
