Beyond the Crisis

Most businesses will face a crisis, or two, in their lifetime. Covid-19 created one of the biggest global economic and humanitarian crises of recent history. So how does a business operate beyond the crisis? Using Covid-19 as our example of crisis we look at what has changed, how companies can adapt and discuss what the new normal will look like beyond the crisis. Our purpose in this book is to facilitate thinking and ignite ideas for business leaders/owners and senior management teams to look beyond the crisis. We introduce the 5 R's model; a framework for business leaders to utilise to address these challenges. Throughout the book the 5 R's is applied to different areas of the business, including Operational considerations, Stakeholders, People, Talent Management and Mental Health.As a framework the 5R's can be applied to any crisis and is a strong methodology for reviewing any significant or need for change in your business.Beyond the Crisis is a quick read, the power is its application.
