James Edward Bowheart is at breaking point. Between his long hours working as a barman at a nightclub and his training to become a doctor, his visions that are escalating along with his drug taking, he can't take much more. Until the woman he loves gives birth to her son. It's James' turning point. He needs to get clean. Then he sees Marina with the biological father of her baby and all of James' good intentions come undone.
