Because of Yesterday allows you to follow a woman to her therapy sessions. With each therapy session she attends she learns to become vulnerable and release hidden emotions. The woman discuss topics such as child sexual abuse, religion, sexuality, domestic violence and love. Each session she learns more about herself and the trauma she has experienced throughout her life. She is given a choice to heal from her past but will she have the courage to forgive?
