Based on the findings of this study, it is concluded that Beauty Care teachers are new to teaching Beauty Care courses but they are committed to embracing the new course. However, some of them are still using traditional teaching and their teaching level performance is not above expectation. Likewise, educational attainment is one factor affecting their teaching performance. More so, teachers fail to give effective motivation and full assistance to all slow learners in their classes. With this, a short-term training program is proposed entitled "Enrichment Training Program for Beauty Care Teachers".
