Welcome to the third of six books in the Bartender Guide to Mixology and Fun. This time we will explore the world of Hot n Nots. Hots are basically Drinks that are served while Hot. Nots are Drinks that contain no Alcohol. They can be either cold or hot as long as they contain no alcohol. All drinks in the guide are clearly marked as to what category they fall into so you can easily find what you are looking for. They may be made with Tea, Hot Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Cold Coffee or Tea, Milk or a number of other ingredients or combination of ingredients.
