Beskrivelse

Angus Sinclair, mid fifties, divorced, owns and runs Bangalore Station, Western Australia. One million acres; over one thousand kilometres north of Perth by road and the most placid place on the face of the earth. Angus' daughter is a doctor and lives in Sydney on the other side of the country. His son, Ewen, is a helicopter pilot with the Special Services in Afghanistan. Ewen and his Troop on a special mission are shot down and nobody knows where. The serenity of Bangalore is shattered and NATO Security goes to red, when Ewen's picture and name, together with the history of his family appears first in the Arab press and then on the Internet. ASIO and the CIA arrive at Bangalore and inform Angus a fatwa, a Jihad has been declared on him and all his family in revenge for the actions of his son. ASIO and the CIA think they know who the Mujahideen are, but they are not sure where they are. They are all Australian citizens. Interwoven into 'Bangalore' are three love stories. One an explosive Epiphany and the other two entwined in each other and as fragile as the gossamer wings of a moth caught in the flame of fate.
