Benny is an ordinary boy who is bullied in school. His life changes the moment he tastes the fruit of the mysterious banapple tree. Suddenly, he has superpowers, such as the ability to speak with animals. After rescuing Martin, a mink caught in a fur trap, Benny realizes that animals are also bullied and mistreated. He invents his alter ego, Banapple Boy, a superhero dedicated to rescuing as many abused animals as possible.
