"BAKING WITHOUT FLOUR" is not a cookbook intended to be a weight-loss book, but it could serve as a supplement if your nutritionist prohibits the consumption of refined flour.
The recipes you will find here are easy to make, and as the book's title suggests, they exclude refined wheat flour and make use of flours like oat, coconut, almonds, among others.
For the baking in this book, you can use your microwave or air fryer, thus replacing the conventional gas oven. Most of the recipes are for individual portions.
