This book highlights how you can take some very easy steps to improve your psychological, physical and financial health. It is based on my experiences and will hopefully give you some useful ideas.
I have been through ups and downs with all of these areas over my life. I have been married and divorced, had children, changed jobs and careers, moved houses, bought and sold property and run a business. These processes have taught me a lot, along with some help and advice from others.
I wanted to pass on this knowledge to you as I would have found this so helpful during my difficult times.
I do not proclaim to be an expert in any of these key areas but I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Registered Nurse.
