In the city of Babylon, towers of luxury are built upon the old neglected foundation filled with slums. A lethal value credit system coupled with mass surveillance and heavy propaganda maintains control and burdens those below most of all. Micah a street orphan, with a newly formed art collective, challenges the system through political street art. Doing so puts their lives in jeopardy when the city's lead propagandist takes notice.
