Aztec Math-Fraction Book 1 is a creative way to teach many fraction concepts in grades 4-8. Most basic grade level math skills related to fractions are covered: including fractional parts, comparing fraction elements, reducing fractions, fraction equality, ordering fractions, adding-subtracting-multiplying-rounding fractions. Aztec Math Fraction Book has a total of 36 worksheet assignments each require students to complete assigned written problems before coloring the assignment geometric design. Designs are colored following an assigned color key. Great worksheets for classroom assignments, home schooling and anyone interested in geometric art work. Permission granted to individual classroom teachers to reproduce copies for classroom use. Teachers may want to order the Aztec Math Jr. Hi. Books 1 & 2 and the Aztec Math Decimal Book. Aztec Math Intermediate Books 1 & 2, appropriate for grades 3-6, are also available and can be used as remedial work for slower junior high students.
