Awesome Sauce

In her book Weak Sauce, Anne Crescini chronicles her struggle to break free of an eating disorder and exercise addiction that has held her in bondage for 25 years. In it, she shares of how her faith in Jesus is helping her to overcome the addiction, but that she is far from free. While Weak Sauce is a story of hope, declaring how Jesus can bring freedom and use us mightily even in our weakness, when Weak Sauce was published in May 2015, she was still struggling to live in the freedom that Jesus had already given her.

In Awesome Sauce, Anne continues the journey she began in her previous book. Picking up where she left off at the end of Weak Sauce, she shares her journey of major failure and encouraging success as Jesus is leading her on to freedom. She tells how, after many public and discouraging failures, she is finally getting out of the pit that has held her captive for most of her adult life. This is a story of hope-a story of how, with the help, support, and prayers of good friends, and total obedience to God, anyone can break free of any addictions, and come to a place where they are no longer in bondage to anything or anyone but Jesus.
